Janine from Lustforlife Yoga and I are so excited to be finally holding our second Disco Night live in person! We’ll be turning Space Yoga in Nuremberg into our dancefloor for the evening and can’t wait to flow with you! But don’t worry if that’s not your hood – we’ll be live on Zoom too so you can join from wherever you are!

Once again, we’re going to bring you together to flow into the weekend with us! Each one of us will teach you an Inside Flow that will get you in the groove and your heart pumping! Let’s party together, again!
