I am super honored and happy to be joining my fellow Inside Flow senior teacher, the wonderful Janine from Lustforlife Yoga, for this special event! We’re getting together on this Friday night to get you flowing to bouncing disco beats. Each one of us will teach you an Inside Flow that brings you into the club zone. Let’s party together!
