Meet your Host 

Ami Norton is an Inside Yoga and Inside Flow Pro Teacher who is passionate about helping her students feel great in both their body and mind through yoga.   

She has 10 years of experience in teaching yoga and has been conducting her Conscious Connection Online Series since 2020, where she combines yoga, meditation, journaling, and extras to create retreat-like experiences for people to enjoy in their own homes.

Ami’s yoga journey began back in 2006 when she came to yoga after many years of dancing. After a decade as a dedicated practitioner, she finally found a style that combined creative movement & music – Inside Flow – in 2015 and hasn’t looked back since. She now teaches trainings, workshops & retreats internationally and online, sharing her passion for mindful movement and yoga as a way of cultivating a healthy and loving relationship with the self.

Her big loves include curating multi-day yoga experiences (retreats, workshops & trainings), creating awesome class playlists, and supporting her students to get what they need from the yoga practice on and off the mat. Ami loves the joy of yoga with her global community—and she can’t wait to share it with you!

Now more than ever, taking care of yourself and finding practices that help you maintain balance is so important for so many of us.

Live Sessions:

Friday 18th April @ 10:00 CET – Kick-Off Session
A live intro session with a short meditation and intention-setting for the series.
(The replay will be added to the other pre-recorded practices)

Wednesday 23rd April @ 19:00 CET – Inside Flow Closing Class
After an exclusive check-in with me before class starts, we round off the series with a fun Inside Flow class together! (Please note: the replay for this class is only available until Thursday at midnight CET)

How does it work?
– Sign up by 9 am on 18th April 2025
– You’ll receive an email each day from 18th April with a link to that day’s yoga practice.
– Each practice is approx. 30 minutes.
– The whole series will be accompanied by a digital handbook with inspiration & reflection exercises.
– All of the videos will be available for 30 days (until 18th May), so you can also complete the series at your pace.
