As the temperatures are sinking and the leaves are turning red, autumn presents the perfect opportunity to turn the gaze inward. I'm inviting you on a journey to yourself – all from the comfort of your own home. The Conscious Connection Digital Retreat from 23-25 October gives you three days to focus on creating a conscious connection to yourself. Yoga, meditation, reflection, and relaxation – together in a group but also sleeping in your own bed at home.
The Conscious Connection Digital Retreat will include 5 yoga classes, 3 meditations, mindfulness exercises, recipe recommendations, playlists, and membership to a secret Facebook group where you can get to know each other and exchange ideas and experiences. You'll receive a digital manual with all of the information you need.

*All classes will be live via Zoom and then made available in the Facebook group afterward so that you can practice later in the day – they will also be available for 10 days after the retreat.
